Sewer Backups
Always call city hall at 635-2233 prior to calling a plumber when you experience a sewer problem between the hours of 8:00 - 4:30. If it is after these hours please leave a message and it will be addressed the next business day.
A city employee will be dispatched during working hours to the location to determine if the problem is located within the city's sewer main.
If a problem is detected on the sewer main the city will make the necessary repairs as quickly as possible.
If the blockage occurs between the main sewer line and the resident's house the resident will need to call a plumber to make the necessary repairs and/or remove the blockage.
Street Department
Staunton Street Department employees are on duty from 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday.

Culvert Program
Any resident wishing to have a culvert installed should contact city hall.
The resident is responsible to prepay for the materials and there is a $50.00 surcharge for labor
Sidewalk Program
Any resident wishing to have a sidewalk repaired or replaced should contact city hall.
