Park & Civic Improvement - Scanzoni (7:25– 7:30)

Motion to approve request from the Staunton FFA Alumni to use the Fireman’s

Park on Saturday, September 19, 2020 for their annual Tractor Ride with the park

rental fee being waived

Finance/Claims – Taylor (7:30-7:35)

Motion to transfer $25,000.00 from the Telecommunications Fund to the Park &

Recreation Fund, as budgeted. A motion was made at the February 10, 2020 City

Council Meeting to make the transfer from the Civic Improvement Fund, however

the budgeted amount will be transferred from the Telecommunications Fund.

Motion to accept Proposal from Brooks & Associates, Inc. for chemical feed

pump parts at a cost of $1,629.70
