VIII. City Clerk’s Report (7:17-7:20)

The City Clerks office will be closed on Friday, December 31, 2021 for the New Year’s holiday. All public works employees, except on water plant employee will be off that day as well.

The State of Illinois minimum wage rate increases from $11.00 to $12.00 per hour, effective January 1, 2022. This will increase hourly pay for three City of Staunton part time employees.

All Sexual Harassment Certificates of Completion must be turned in by December 31, 2021.

Motion to accept Bid Proposal #5009202 from Midwest Municipal Supply for

stainless steel water main repair clamps in the amount of $3,375.00
