I. CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Craig Neuhaus called the Staunton City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, February 11, 2019
II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Mayor Craig Neuhaus led the Pledge Allegiance to the Flag.

Received an e-mail from Zion Early Childhood Education Center requesting to block the streets and intersections that border Zion Lutheran School (Wood, Henry, Hoxsey and Panhorst) from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. on Friday, June 7, 2019, to allow daycare students to ride their bicycles around the school. They are also asking City workers to set up barricades that morning for the event.

PUBLIC HEALTH & SAFETY -
Motion by Pritchett, seconded by Scroggins to grant request from Zion Early Childhood Education Center to block streets and intersections bordering Zion Lutheran School (Wood, Henry, Hoxsey and Panhorst) on Friday, June 7, 2019 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. They are also asking City workers to set up barricades that morning. Ayes: Johnson, Scroggins, Schrauth, Plenske, Pritchett, Scanzoni, Garde. Nayes: None. Absent: Bodner. Motion carried.
PARK & CIVIC IMPROVEMENT –

FINANCE–
Motion by Pritchett, seconded by Scanzoni to transfer $42,500.00 from the Telecommunications Fund to the Water Fund for the payment to tear down the old water treatment plant. Ayes: Scroggins, Schrauth, Plenske, Pritchett, Scanzoni, Garde, Johnson. Nayes: None. Absent: Bodner. Motion carried.
Motion by Pritchett, seconded by Scroggins to spend up to $12,000.00 for park related expenses. Ayes: Schrauth, Plenske, Pritchett, Scanzoni, Garde, Johnson, Scroggins. Nayes: None. Absent: Bodner. Motion carried.
UTILITIES-
Motion by Garde, seconded by Johnson to renew Maintenance Quote from Esri, Inc. for software maintenance in the amount of $400.00, with a start date of March 1, 2019 and an end date of February 29, 2020. This will be split evenly between street, sewer and water. Ayes: Plenske, Pritchett, Scanzoni, Garde, Johnson, Scroggins, Schrauth. Nayes: None. Absent: Bodner. Motion carried.
Motion by Garde, seconded by Scroggins to accept bid from Visu-Sewer for 295 feet of 8” Cure In Place Pipe sewer liner for Henry and Walnut to Maple Street in the amount of $8,540.25. Ayes: Pritch
