Received a letter from Madison Communications notifying the City of their success in exceeding customer protection requirements for the 2025 year.   A copy of the letter and report is included with the agenda packet.

 

Received an email from Community Hospital of Staunton requesting to close Caldwell Street between Olive and Pennsylvania Streets on May 16th, 2026 for a community event celebrating their 75 - Year Anniversary.

It’s the time of year again to file the annual Economic Interest Statements with Macoupin County Clerk Pete Duncan.  I have printed the forms for you and have also sent you the link via e-mail should you decide to file the Statement on line.  This is required annually and the forms must be submitted no later than May 1, 2026.

Motion to grant request from Community Hospital of Staunton to close Caldwell Street between Olive and Pennsylvania Streets on May 16th, 2026 from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. for a community event celebrating their 75 – Year Anniversary

 

            Park & Civic Improvement -  Berg (7:25– 7:30)

            Bid opening on 04/10/26 regarding the parking lot at Laurel and Main.

 

            Motion to approve bid for the parking lot at Laurel and Main from Brucon
