I. CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Craig Neuhaus called the Staunton City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, January 9, 2023.

The City of Staunton has three licensed residential trash haulers. They are DC Waste & Recycling, Republic Services, Inc and SPS Waste, LLC. Waste Management will no longer be providing trash service.

Motion by Machota, seconded by Moore to approve Quote #362820 from Nu Way Concrete Forms for concrete saw and plate compactor in the amount of $6,888.55. This will be paid from line item 01.41.831.0.
