David Manning, Thrivent Financial Advisor, was in attendance to discuss his sign variance that has been presented at a Zoning Hearing. The company has come and done a site survey and the sign is two foot by four foot and will be erected approximately 12” off of the ground. He plans to keep the sign set back by a tree in his yard to keep it away from the road. If all goes as planned, he hopes to have the sign in place before Christmas. The first reading of the Ordinance granting his variance is on the agenda this evening.
