I. CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Craig Neuhaus called the Staunton City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, February 12, 2018

Motion by Pritchett, seconded by Garde to pay Invoice dated January 17, 2018 to John H. Crawford & Associates for Design Engineering on the Gensing Creek Drainage Project in the amount of $20,000.00. Motion by Pritchett, seconded by Garde to pay Invoice #416907 to Sandberg, Phoenix & von Gontard for Professional Services rendered for the Storm Water Utility and Union Contract Negotiations in the amount of $1,531.31. Motion by Garde, seconded by Schrauth authorizing Public Works Director Mike Kuethe to sign Maintenance Contract with Vandevanter Engineering for City lift station repairs (excluding McKay Lift Station) in the amount of $18,415.00. Motion by Garde, seconded by Bodner to purchase John Deere Backhoe from Erb Equipment Company, through State Bid, at a cost of $77,254.95 (includes trade-in on 310SJ John Deere Backhoe).
