MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE STAUNTON CITY COUNCIL, HELD IN THE PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING, 914 NORTH EASTON ST., STAUNTON, ILLINOIS ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2018

I. CALL TO ORDER:

Mayor Craig Neuhaus called the Staunton City Council Meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, September 10, 2018

II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:

Mayor Craig Neuhaus led the Pledge Allegiance to the Flag.

III. ROLL CALL:

City Clerk Stiegemeier called roll with the following persons

ATTENDING: Councilmembers Rich Garde, Rick Johnson, Ray Scroggins, Chad Plenske, Anthony Schrauth, Ryan Pritchett, Mayor Craig Neuhaus, City Clerk Dennis Stiegemeier, City Treasurer Cindy Pirok, City Attorney Phil Lading, Public Works Director Mike Kuethe and Police Chief Jeff Doerr.

ELECTRONIC ATTENDANCE: Alderman Jeff Scanzoni.

Ayes: Johnson, Scroggins, Schrauth, Plenske, Pritchett, Scanzoni, Garde. Nayes: None. Absent: Bodner. Motion carried.

Motion by Pritchett, seconded by Scroggins to pay Invoice #434907 to Sandberg, Phoenix & von Gontard for Professional Services rendered regarding Drainage Easement Condemnation at 1054 W. Deer Run Court in the amount of $1,774.55. Ayes: Scroggins, Schrauth, Plenske, Pritchett, Garde, Johnson. Nayes: None. Absent: Bodner. Motion carried.

Motion by Pritchett, seconded by Scroggins to pay Invoice #438149 to Sandberg, Phoenix & von Gontard for Professional Services rendered regarding Special Projects in the amount of $438.66.
