Received an email from Phil Girardin, Pastor at Zion Lutheran Church, requesting to close Henry Street from Elm to Wood Street on Saturday, September 12th, from 12:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. for an outdoor church service and community event. They are also requesting to limit traffic to through traffic only on Hoxsey Street from Panhorst to Henry Street.
