Received a letter of resignation from part time police officer Jacob Morgan. His last day of employment was to be December 31, 2022.


Received a letter from Christian Hasselberg, the Tour de Donut Race Coordinator on behalf of the Boeing Employees Bicycle Club, thanking the City of Staunton for all of their efforts in support of their annual race, along with a $3,000.00 donation. A copy of the letter is attached to the agenda packet.


Received an email from the Julie Jarman, representing the Staunton Lions Club, requesting to use the Fireman’s Park on Saturday, April 8, 2023 for their annual Easter Egg Hunt. They would be using the park from approximately 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and they are asking to have the park rental fee waived.

Governor Pritzker has signed a new Gubernatorial Disaster Proclamation extending the statewide declaration through March 4, 2023, which means that public meetings may continue to be held remotely.

rendered regarding the Easement preparation for the Staunton sign near Skeeter’s

Pub in the amount of $1,195.00

The City of Staunton has received a Community Support Award plaque from the Staunton Fire Protection District, thanking the City for their assistance and support
