MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE STAUNTON CITY COUNCIL, HELD IN THE RALPH & JOSEPHINE OLTMANN COMMUNITY CENTER, 101 W. PEARL ST., STAUNTON, ILLINOIS ON FRIDAY, MARCH 17, 2023
I. CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Craig Neuhaus called the Staunton City Council Special Meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. on Friday, March 17, 2023.
II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Mayor Craig Neuhaus led the Pledge Allegiance to the Flag.
III. ROLL CALL:
City Clerk Stiegemeier called roll with the following persons:
PRESENT: Aldermen Kristy Berg, David Manning, Terry Tipler, Mayor Craig Neuhaus and City Clerk Dennis Stiegemeier.
ELECTRONIC ATTENDANCE: Aldermen John Moore, Ryan Machota and David Dias.
IV. BUSINESS
Motion by Manning, seconded by Tipler to approve Resolution #2023-06 Approving A Professional Services Agreement (with Fehr Graham). At Roll Call Vote – Ayes: Dias, Berg, Machota, Moore, Tipler, Manning. Nayes: None. Absent: None. Motion carried.
Motion by Manning, seconded by Tipler to approve authorizing Fehr Graham to provide Additional Services regarding the Community Project Funding Application at a lump sum cost of $1,500.00. At Roll Call Vote – Ayes: Berg, Machota, Moore, Tipler, Manning, Dias. Nayes: None. Absent: None. Motion carried.
V. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, Councilmember Manning, seconded by Councilmember Tipler made a motion to adjourn at 4:02 P.M. At Roll Call Vote:
Ayes: Machota, Moore, Tipler, Berg.
Nayes: None.
Absent: None.
